Gloria Restaurant, one of New York City's foremost and newest natural wine-focused restaurants, announces its 2017 Fall American Natural Winemaker & Brewer Dinner Series.
The Gloria team, each with roots in storied winemaking regions - sommelier Phil Johnson, chef Diego Garcia, and managing partner Leland Meibeyer - have invited some of the most exciting American producers of the moment to showcase their natural wines and beers.
The dinners will feature a curated selection of wines or beers paired with Gloria's signature pescatarian menu of dishes, crafted by Chef Garcia exclusively for that evening only.
Each winemaker and brewmaster will be pouring their unique creations, from California's Donkey and Goat and Matthiason wineries to New York's Nathan Kendall of the Finger Lakes (who is making a pétillant-naturel (pét-nat) with noted sommelier Pascaline Lepeltier), and Brooklyn Brewery's Garrett Oliver, who will be pouring some of his coveted, small batch "ghost bottle" brews.
Dinners will benefit the National Immigration Law Center (NILC), with 10% of all proceeds being donated to this organization in support and appreciation of their work.
Each dinner begins at 7 p.m. Guests may reserve seats for parties of 1 - 6 by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
